Applications Specialist Training is designed to provide sales personnel with the knowledge required to successfully apply DX equipment and accessories for specific applications.

Students gain a solid understanding in core competencies, how equipment is designed to function, how to meet spec with available options, and proper accessory selection. Students are provided instruction and visual tours in our lab featuring the product specified.

The following DX equipment is covered:

  • Commercial 3-40 Ton (Part 1)

  • Commercial 50-150 Ton (Part 2)

  • Premier Packaged RTU (Part 2)

Selection Navigator is reviewed in detail with practical examples to promote an efficient and comprehensive quoting process.

Students are asked to bring specifications and schedules (electronically), with examples of the various DX products and tonnages for some of the class exercises.

This class will be offered in two parts over three days to allow students to learn the application of their specific product tonnages. Please note, in order to get the best experience from this class, you must have permission to sell the product line(s) and have access to Navigator.

Tuition includes lodging, with transportation provided to and from the training center daily, safety glasses, course materials, breaks, and lunches.

Check in/check out is based on which part(s) you attend. A factory tour in Norman is included during part 2.
