This training has been made for teach Service Managers from distributors the fundamentals needed to carry-out the position of a Service Manager. The student will learn to use the different tools found in Solution Navigator, such as warranty, parts look- up, service letters, product, and service presentations. Also, the student will view DSA videos and product knowledge classes.  This is a 2-month class using both virtual and live training. The student when registered will be assigned several classes that will be done on-line, with a small test afterwards.  Every two weeks, the student will have a 1-hour  Teams meeting with the instructor. At the end of the virtual classes, the student will be required to attend one of the Train the Trainer classes.


Prerequisites: The student must have access to Solution Navigator before the beginning on the first class. It is vital for each student to start the very first class on the dates posted. Access to their courses for the next 8 weeks will be laid-out that very first Tuesday.

The Fall class will be every Tuesday evening from 4 pm - 5 pm beginning on September 6, 2022 and ending the evening of October 25, 2022.  There will be a Train the Trainer class from 8:00 am - 5:00pm in November 2022.   


The Winter class will be every Tuesday evening from 4 pm - 5 pm  beginning on January 10, 2023 and ending on the evening of February 28, 2023.  There will be a Train the Trainer class from 8:00am-5:00pm in March 2023.
